These sacred practice sessions are a combination of teachings, practice and voice baths with an opportunity to ask questions. They are themed around all aspects of the voice to support your healing, growth and transformation.
Monthly Audio Practice MP3
These audios are guided practices specifically designed to support your personal practice in between the live sessions and beyond. They are on average around 10 minutes long so you can easily integrate into your daily practice and connect more deeply with your voice.
Monthly Sounding Challenge
Based on the theme of each LIVE practice session, you will be invited to take part in a 'challenge' to help you integrate new learnings and build a strong connection with your voice. These will support your growth and transformation.
Community Forum
The forum is where you can interact freely with each other. Ask each other questions, post inspiration and ask for support. This is a sacred and supportive space which is held in the highest regard. It is also where you can connect more with Simone.
